Regional PELT Center opens in Novi Sad

10/09/2008 | International Co-operation As part of PELT program in educating and testing the members of SAF in English according to STANAG 6001 standard, which is a partner project between the Serbian Mod and the donor countries: the Netherlands, Denmark, Norway and UK, the first regional Self Access English Learning Center was opened yesterday in Army 1st Brigade.
