Analysis of Serbian Armed Forces Capabilities

The regular annual analysis of the condition, operational and functional capabilities of the Serbian Armed Forces for 2018 was held today at the Houses of the Guards in Belgrade.
Minister of Defense Aleksandar Vulin, Chairman of the Security Services Committee and member of the Defense and Internal Affairs Committee Igor Bečić, the Chief of the General Staff of the Serbian Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Milan Mojsilović, who led the analysis, members of the Collegiums of the Minister of Defense and the Chief of the General Staff attended the analysis.
The security situation in the country and its surroundings and results achieved in the construction and maintenance of the operational and functional capabilities of the Serbian Armed Forces over the past year were examined, along with other issues of importance for sustaining and improvement of the capabilities of the Serbian Armed Forces.
The analysis concluded that the Serbian Armed Forces have carried out all tasks of the previous year, improved their training, and that the acquisition of new armament and military equipment has upgraded the level of operational and functional capabilities of the Serbian Armed Forces.
