Training of SAF Aviation and Technical Staff

At the Air Force and Air Defense Training Center at the “Colonel-Pilot Milenko Pavlović” Military Airfield in Batajnica, technical training for the “Supergaleb” G-4 training-combat aircraft is underway.
It is a three-week technical staff’s training for maintaining and performing crews’ duties for this type of aircraft, attended by NCOs and civilians from air force brigades and “Moma Stanojlović” Institute.
In accordance with the training program, participants are trained for proper and safe work on aircraft maintenance in the first degree and checking the functioning of aircraft engines, electrical and energy assemblies and equipment for communication, navigation and pilot rescue.
Technical training for the “Supergaleb” training-combat aircraft is just one of the forms of training that are conducted at the Air Force and Air Defense Training Center. Implementation of training at this center provides qualified staff of aviation-technical specialty, which is of key importance for high availability and proper functioning of aircraft in the SAF armament.
