The second module of the Basic Course for non-commissioned officers is underway in the Training Command units, where professional soldiers who have successfully mastered the Leadership Course program are trained for initial non-commissioned officer duties.

In this training period, which is 12 weeks long, future non-commissioned officers undergo specialist training for the execution of individual tasks within their service or branch.

The training program includes theoretical content on assets, armament and equipment, and the emphasis is on the practical part, during which participants are methodically trained to command a section, group and team and carry out the training of professionals and soldiers on military service.

Continuing the course, the participants will do joint camping and then an internship in the units of the Serbian Armed Forces, when in practice they will get to know the tasks, responsibilities and organization of work in the section, so that they can respond to the tasks that await them in the workplace after joining other NCOs of the Serbian Armed Forces.

The basic course for non-commissioned officers is six months long. It is attended by selected soldiers who have earned the opportunity to become non-commissioned officers through their work and results in military duties in their units. Upon completion of this training, they will be promoted to the rank of sergeant and assigned to appropriate non-commissioned officer duties in the Serbian Armed Forces.
