During the visit of the delegation of the Ohio National Guard in the chapel of St. Luka Simferopoljski a joint holy liturgy was conducted by Slađan Vlajić , chief chaplain in SAF and Serbian Orthodox priest from the Ohio National Guard father James Sizemore . of St. Luka Simferopoljski a joint holy liturgy was conducted by Slađan
Vlajić , chief chaplain in SAF and Serbian Orthodox priest from the Ohio
National Guard father James Sizemore . Along with them the priests from
the Training Command father Selimir Vagić and chaplain of the Second

The liturgy was attended by Colonel Andrew Akino , chief chaplain of the Ohio National Guard.
- Today's joint service, which was dedicated all the victims of Jasenovac concentration camp and all other victims of the Second World War serves to remember the alliance when we were on one side fighting against one evil - said after the liturgy Slađan Vlajić , the chaplain in the Army Serbia .
Father James Sizemore said that this was a great honor and privilege for him to perform the service with his brothers, having enjoyed it with all his hear as he said .
The development of religious services is one of the segments in cooperation Ohio National Guard and the SAF. This collaboration began in 2010, with the visit of the delegation of Ohio National Guard and Washington. This is the first visit of the ONG chaplains .
- In these past few days, we had interesting conversations and were able to hear about the activities and experiences of the U.S. military chaplains , especially in that part of the work they perform as staff officers. The religious service was established in the US army as early as 1776 so they have a long and valuable experience that they have in the military sense - said Colonel Stevica Karapandžina from the Human Resources Department of SAF .
