Participation at the Meeting of the European Union Military Committee

Chief of the Serbian Armed Forces General Staff, General Milan Mojsilović, participated at the meeting of the European Union Military Committee held today in Brussels at the level of the Chiefs of General Staff.
The meeting participants discussed the contribution of partner countries to the European Union training missions and operations, in which the Serbian Armed Forces personnel have significant deployment.
During his two-day stay in Brussels, General Mojsilović had a separate meeting with the Chairman of the European Union Military Committee, General Claudio Graziano, with whom he discussed deployment of the Serbian Armed Forces personnel in multinational operations under the European Union mandate.
On the margins of the EU Military Committee meeting, the Chief of the General Staff met with the Commander of the Cyprus National Guard, Lieutenant General Democritus Zervakis and the Chief of the Hellenic National Defense General Staff, General Konstantinos Floros.
During their talks, General Mojsilović emphasized the strong commitment of the Republic of Serbia, as a military neutral state, to preserve peace and stability in the region and the world and readiness for further improvement of military-military cooperation in the areas of common interest with the Republic of Cyprus and the Hellenic Republic.
