Exchange of Experiences in NCO Training

A delegation of the Austrian Armed Forces is in a visit to the NCO Training Centre "Milunka Savić" in Pančevo to exchange experiences in the field of training candidates for non-commissioned officers.
The objective of the visit is to get acquainted with the training model in the NCO Academy of the Austrian Armed Forces, as well as to exchange experiences in the process of selecting candidates for non-commissioned officers and organizing their training.
The guests from Austria have also been presented with the most important tasks from the scope of work of the NCO Training Centre and the courses that are carried out in this unit for the needs of the Serbian Armed Forces.
The visit is a continuation of the successful cooperation between the two institutions for the career advancement of non-commissioned officers and will contribute to the process of developing a new concept of training candidates for non-commissioned officers of the Serbian Armed Forces.
