Chief of the Serbian Armed Forces General Staff, General Milan Mojsilović, visited the candidates for admission to the special units under Project 5000 at one of the locations where selective training is carried out.
General goal of this training, which lasts ten weeks, is the selection of highly motivated and psychophysically capable candidates for admission to the Serbian Armed Forces special units and their inclusion in the further training process, and special ones — evaluation and raising of military specialist training and physical abilities to a higher level, as well as developing team spirit and the ability to perform tasks in conditions of increased psychophysical stress.
During the demanding training, a team of experts monitors and evaluates candidates’ work in order to determine psychophysical endurance, the ability to perform tasks individually and as part of a team, and create a psychological profile, so that only the best are selected to work in these units.
The most successful will get the opportunity to join the professional military service for a fixed period of six months with the possibility of extending the employment contract for a period of up to three years and its subsequent renewal.
Those who become members of the Serbian Armed Forces can expect continuous training and improvement, working with the most modern weapons and equipment, as well as extremely stimulating earnings.
