Intense Preparation for “Flag 2024” Display of Serbian Armed Forces’ Capabilities

Intense preparation is underway for the "Flag 2024" display of the Serbian Armed Forces’ capabilities, which will be held on Sunday, September 15 at the military airport "Colonel-Pilot Milenko Pavlović" in Batajnica to mark the Day of Serbian Unity, Freedom and the National Flag.
The event will be open to the public and visitors will be able to see cutting-edge weapons and military equipment the Serbian Armed Forces units are equipped with, as well as some of the assets that are being developed by the Serbian defence industry.
The display at the Batajnica airport will showcase FK-3, HQ-17 and Pantsir air defence missile systems, modernized MiG-29 SM and Eagle (Orao) aircraft, Mi-35, H-145M and Mi-17 helicopters, unmanned aerial vehicles, Kornet anti-tank missile systems, Miloš, Lazar-3 and Hummer armoured combat vehicles, 155mm NORA self-propelled gun howitzers, Oganj self-propelled multiple missile launchers, modern optronic devices and other weapons and military equipment.
Visitors will also be able to watch the demonstration of Special Forces’ and Air Force and Air Defence’s capabilities, as well as a march-past conducted by the Serbian Armed Forces units.
The gates of the Batajnica military airport will open at 9:30 a.m. and all visitors will be able to see the display of modern weapons and military equipment from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
To enter “Colonel-Pilot Milenko Pavlović” airport, visitors can use the main gates of the airport and the “Moma Stanojlović” Aviation Institute, as well as the airport entrance for visitors coming from the direction of Nova Pazova.
