Serbian Armed Forces Assist in Defence against Floods

The members of the Command for Development of Timok Brigade and the 31st Infantry Battalion have been engaged in defence against floods in Zaječar.
At the call from the Emergency Situations Headquarters of the town of Zaječar, the members of the Command for Development of Timok Brigade and the 31st Infantry Battalion have been engaged in defence against floods in this town.
The total of 30 members of the Serbian Armed Forces, together with colleagues from the Emergency Situations Sector of the MI, are engaged on strengthening the dam in residential area Višnjar in Zaječar.
The Emergency Situations Headquarters of the town of Zaječar, because of possible flooding of the rivers Beli Timok, Crni Timok and Timok, decided to declare emergency in that town.
