- On this day, twenty years ago Second Lieutenants Željko Savičić and Siniša Radić entered the history, and the line of the immortals, the line of all those who laid down the most holy for their fatherland – their lives. By safeguarding and visiting this monument of sadness and pride, we preserve the memory of their actions which will remain forever written on the brightest pages of our history. The lives which they laid down oblige us to preserve the peace and defend the free skies of our fatherland – stated Colonel Dučić.

As part of observing the 20th anniversary of defence against the NATO aggression on the FR Yugoslavia, and upon the initiative led by the members of the 126th Brigade of Air Surveillance, Early Warning and Guidance, the town of Valjevo named one street on the Divčibare Mountain – “The Street of Lieutenants Savičić and Radić”.
