Army Recce Units’ Training

This week members of the Army Armoured Reconnaissance Battalion are undergoing training for performing specific tasks in summer conditions on wartime deployment locations.
It is the final phase of the current training during which scouts practice overcoming water obstacles with military and improvised watercraft, practice camouflage and concealment of tracks.
Previously, scouts have successfully mastered the training in swimming, wrestling, accurate knife throwing and have been trained for survival and sustainable nutrition in nature in conditions of difficult supplying of the unit.
Continuous training of members of the Armoured Reconnaissance Battalion in different terrain and weather conditions ensures a high level of competence of the unit for providing intelligence protection to the Army and the Serbian Armed Forces as a whole.
