Cadet training at Technical Overhaul Institute "Čačak"

Special forms of education for cadets of the 143rd class of the Military Academy of the military mechanical engineering study program is in progress in the Technical Overhaul Institute "Čačak".

This is a professional practice during which cadets acquire practical knowledge in the field of construction and operation of weapons of the Army and motor vehicles necessary to perform the initial duties of technical service officers in units and institutions of the Serbian Armed Forces.

In accordance with the thematic plan, the cadets were acquainted with the mission and tasks of the Institute, the organization of the technological process and capacities for overhaul, revision, modification and partial repair of combat equipment and motor vehicles. In this unit of the Serbian Armed Forces, they will have the opportunity to review the work processes in the maintenance and repair of weapons and military equipment, as well as to get acquainted with the management of construction and technical documentation that accompanies the technological process.

Special forms of education that are conducted in units and institutions of the Serbian Armed Forces are a mandatory part of the education of cadets in the final two years of studying, during which they upgrade the knowledge acquired at the Military Academy and gain experience that will help them prepare for the initial officer duties.
