THIRD COURSE FOR FIRST NCOs ENDS

The attendants of the third course for SAF first NCOs were presented with certificates which testify to successful completion of these courses in Pancevo, on Saturday, 4 October. The ceremony was attended by Colonel Branko Deletic with the Department of Training and Doctrine, Colonel Mladjen Nisevic, Chief of the Training Command HQ and Lt. Col. Stevo Radonjickic, commander of the Second Training Center.

34 SAF NCOs completed this third five-week course, the most successful being Senior Sergeants Vladan Avramovic and Zivan Trboljevac, as well as warrant officer Zoran Dragoljevic and Senior Sergeant Marijan Piljic.
Lt. Col. Nikola Niksic, course manager, stated that the attendants both during the course and in the final exams had demonstrated a remarkable level of knowledge in the following areas of study: leadership, law, resource management and PE. The attendants suggested that the number of lessons in IT should be increased, and that English language should be introduced as a subject.
To date, 63 NCOs have completed the courses for first SAF NCos, while the preparations for the upcoming admittance of the new generation are under way, which will take place in the second training center as of 13 October. By the end of the year, the fifth course will be finalized, which will meet all the needs of SAF units.
