Visit of Chief of Hellenic Army General Staff

The Army Commander, Lieutenant General Milosav Simović met yesterday in Niš with the Chief of Hellenic Army General Staff, Lieutenant General Georgios Kambas, who is on a two-day visit to our army.
They discussed the possibilities for future cooperation between the armies of Serbia and Greece, mainly in the field of training. After the meeting, general Kambas with his associates visited the Army Memorial Room.
Generals Simović and Kambas visited today the “South” Base and “Borovac” Training Ground, where they attended a display of capabilities of units who participate in “Platinum Wolf 19” multinational exercise. In the base “South”, general Kambas was informed of capacities and principal activities of the Multinational Operations Training Centre.
