Serbian Armed Forces’ Member Declared Best Paratrooper in Country

Sergeant Stevan Miletić, a member of the 63rd Parachute Brigade, won The Best Paratrooper Award in Serbia in 2024, at a traditional selection organized by the Aeronautical Union of Serbia.
This prestigious recognition in the field of sports aviation, the Golden Eagle Plaque, was presented to him by President of the Union Labud Bulatović at a ceremony held in Belgrade yesterday.
Sgt Miletić is a member of the Sky Otters Parachute Team of the Serbian Armed Forces and Parachute National Team of the Republic of Serbia, and, last year, he was the most successful at the Balkan Friendship Jump, while, at the national championship, he won the teams’ competition and took the 4th prize as an individual. He was also the best-ranking Serbian competitor at international skydiving competitions.
At the ceremony, an appreciation certificate was presented to the 63rd Parachute Brigade for successful organization of the 70th National Parachute Championship, held at the Sergeant Pilot Mihajlo Petrović Military Airfield in Niš last September.
The excellent results of the military paratroopers are a continuation of the successful performances of members of the Serbian Armed Forces at numerous national and international contests and an indicator of the high psychophysical readiness and superior skills of the 63rd Parachute Brigade members.
