Visit to Serbian Armed Forces’ Units in Niš and Pirot

Deputy Chief of the Serbian Armed Forces General Staff Lieutenant General Želimir Glišović has visited some units of the Central Logistics Base and 224th Electronic Warfare Center in Niš and Pirot today.
At the Knjaz Mihailo Barracks in Niš, he gained insight into the organization of life and work in the 3rd Depot Battalion and state of facilities for providing transport support to the MOD and SAF units and military institutions this unit is in charge of.
Afterwards, at the 3rd Infantry Regiment Barracks in Pirot, he visited a renovated facility for accommodation of soldiers, and then a unit of the 224th EW Center.
During today’s inspection, General Glišović has spoken with soldiers and officers and received reports from commanders on the state of affairs and degree of execution of focal tasks in the units under their command.
During the visit, the Deputy Chief of the General Staff was accompanied by Head of the Intelligence and Reconnaissance Directorate (J-2) Brigadier General Dragan Arsenijević and Commander of the Central Logistics Base Brigadier General Saša Petrović.
