Tour of 250th Missile Brigade's Battalion

Today, Chief of the Serbian Armed Forces General Staff General Milan Mojsilović has visited the HQ and part of the units of the 2nd Missile Battalion of the 250th Air Defense Missile Brigade at the “Aerodrom” Barracks in Pančevo.
On that occasion, he inspected the organization of life and work and conditions in which tasks are performed by members of this unit, established in 2022 and armed with FK-3 anti-aircraft missile systems.
During the tour, he was presented with combat work at the Battalion’s command post, where combat operations are planned and subordinate missile batteries commanded, as well as final activities undertaken to check the connection and declared combat capabilities of the AD missile battalion. He also visited the newly built facilities for storing materiel.
Pointing out the importance of full combat readiness of this unit for successful completion of the “Strategic Air Defense Dome” project, General Mojsilović recognized the battalion members for their dedication and motivation to implement all tasks related to the integration of this missile system; they learned to handle it in a short period time and demonstrated that in practice.
During the tour, the Chief of the Serbian Armed Forces General Staff was accompanied by Air Force and Air Defense Commander Lieutenant General Duško Žarković and Commander of the 250th Air Defense Missile Brigade Brigadier General Novica Gogić.
