Third Army Brigade Marked its Day

Today, in “Knjaz Mihajlo” barracks in Niš, 3rd Army Brigade marked 7. october - its Day.
Today, the host of the Open Day campaign was 3rd Army Brigade, which opened the gates of the “Knjaz Mihajlo” barracks to local citizens, local self-government and the students of schools in Nis, presenting them the barracks, boarding, dining and training facilities, as well as part of combat training.
The guests of the Open Day campaign were Assistant Minister for Human Resources Bojan Dimitrijevic, PhD, Deputy Commander of SAF Army Major General Aleksandar Zivkovic, the Mayor of Nis Milos Simonovic and numerous representatives of local self-government from Nis region.
The members of 3rd Army Brigade showed a display of technical equipment and arms deployed by the brigade. The visitors showed great interest in combat training with deployment of such arms as taking position with 82 mm grenade launcher, deployment of fire-fighting vehicle, mine field clean-up and the activities of the crew operating on 122mm self-propelled howitzer, 1288 mm multiple rocket launcher, “Giraffe” radar and tanks M-84 and combat vehicle M-80.
Assistant Minister for Human Resources Bojan Dimitrijevic also opened the exhibit room of 3rd Army Brigade.
