Exercise of 2nd Army Brigade

The 2nd Army Brigade’s units are currently conducting exercise Ibar 2024 at the Serbian Armed Forces Simulation Training Center in Belgrade.
During the exercise, in a simulated operational environment, a command and units are being trained to organize and undertake combat actions on the operations of the Serbian Armed Forces.
Along with daily analysis of work of the command in the decision-making process at all levels of command, the focus of the computer-assisted simulation exercise is on a comprehensive approach to solving complex tasks in the area of operation.
They are practicing tactical operations and staff procedures and checking their knowledge of the principles of using units and assets, as well as cooperation and interoperability with units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Serbia.
Computer-assisted simulation exercises represent an important form of practical training of commands in the Serbian Armed Forces, since they provide an opportunity for staff officers and commands to train themselves in planning and executing combat operations using minimum amount of material resources.
