Training of Spanish Soldiers at CBRN Training Center

Specialized live agent training of members of the Spanish Armed Forces is underway at the Serbian Armed Forces CBRN Training Centre in Kruševac.
Training is conducted by certified instructors from the CBRN Training Centre aiming to improve the knowledge about live agents, safety measures at work and build practical skills needed to work with these toxic substances.
The training program, which is implemented in specialized laboratories and at the “Ravnjak” Training Ground, includes the work of the CBRN Service patrols on performing reconnaissance of contaminated soil and facilities, detection and chemical decontamination of weapons and equipment, as well as provision of medical assistance in case of contact with live agents.
Live agent training of members of foreign armed forces, provided by the CBRN Training Centre on the basis of technical arrangements since 2016, confirms the high training quality and expertise of SAF instructors in the CBRN field, and it contributes to the development of overall bilateral relations with partner states.
