Intensive training of members of the Army Armoured Reconnaissance Battalion for conducting tasks in the field of intelligence is underway at the "Rujnik" training ground and in the "Stevan Sinđelić" barracks in Niš.
This is an important segment of training, which is carried out in the unit throughout the year, in order to preserve and improve the skills of the professional component. In the field, scouts practice tactical actions, procedures and processes when observing and collecting data, as well as organizing reconnaissance patrols, raids and ambushes.
In the training process, modern means are used to collect intelligence in day and night conditions, with the use of armored reconnaissance vehicles. Apart from conducting reconnaissance tasks, the members of the unit are also trained for the correct and safe handling and maintenance of these complex combat systems, which the unit has been equipped with since 2019.
Continuous training of members of the Armoured Reconnaissance Battalion in all terrain and weather conditions ensures a high level of training of the unit for the implementation of intelligence security of the Army and the Serbian Armed Forces as a whole.
