Handing of Decrees of Supreme Commander of Serbian Armed Forces and President of the Republic

The decrees of Supreme Commander of the Serbian Armed Forces and President of the Republic Aleksandar Vučić, on the promotions and appointments of officers to new duties, have been handed during a ceremony in the Great War Hall of the Old General Staff today.
The decrees were handed by Minister of Defense Miloš Vučević in the presence of Chief of the Serbian Armed Forces General Staff General Milan Mojsilović.
Brigadier Generals Brane Krnjajić and Zoran Nasković were promoted to the rank of Major General, the latter being also appointed as Commander of the Training Command, while Colonels Milan Elenkov and Novica Gogić were promoted to the rank of Brigadier General.
Brigadier General Jovica Matić was appointed as Commander of the 1st Army Brigade and Colonel Željko Furundžić as Commander of the Guard, while Colonel Nebojša Cvetković was appointed as Deputy Commander of the Training Command. Colonel Vladan Milosavljević was appointed as Commander of the 3rd Army Brigade, while Colonel Siniša Nikolić assumed the position of Commander of the 4th Army Brigade.
Major General Brane Krnjajić was born on 24 December 1969 in Autun. He has been in professional military service since 1992. He graduated from the Aviation Military Academy in 1992, completed the Command and Staff Course in 2008, General Staff Course in 2014 and Advanced Security and Defense Studies in 2020. He is appointed as Deputy Commander of Air Force and Air Defense.
Major General Zoran Nasković was born on 05 July 1971 in Kosovska Kamenica. He has been in professional military service since 1994. He graduated from the Military Academy in 1994, completed the Command and Staff Course in 2006, General Staff Course in 2012 and Advanced Security and Defense Studies in 2021. Until now, he has been Commander of the 1st Army Brigade.
Brigadier General Milan Elenkov was born on 08 December 1972 in Dimitrovgrad. He has been in professional military service since 1995. He graduated from the Military Academy in 1995, completed the Command and Staff Course in 2009 and General Staff Course in 2018. He is appointed as Commander of the 204th Air Force Brigade.
Brigadier General Novica Gogić was born on 13 April 1975 in Užice. He has been in professional military service since 1997. He graduated from the Military Academy in 1997, completed the Command and Staff Course in 2010 and General Staff Course in 2015. He is appointed as Commander of the 250th Air Defense Missile Brigade.
Brigadier General Jovica Matić was born on 06 December 1976 in Zvornik. He has been in professional military service since 1999. He graduated from the Military Academy in 1999, completed specialized studies in 2009, Command and Staff Course in 2017, General Staff Course in 2019 and Advanced Security and Defense Studies in 2020. Until now, he has been Deputy Commander of the Training Command.
Colonel Željko Furundžić was born on 16 December 1974 in Bijelo Polje. He has been in professional military service since 1997. He graduated from the Military Academy in 1997, completed the Command and Staff Course in 2010 and General Staff Course in 2019. He served as Deputy Commander of the 72nd Special Operations Brigade.
Colonel Nebojša Cvetković was born on 30 January 1970 in Uroševac. He has been in professional military service since 1992. He graduated from the Military Academy in 1992, completed the Command and Staff Course in 2005 and General Staff Course in 2019. He served as Deputy Chief of the Office of the Chief of the General Staff.
Colonel Vladan Milosavljević was born on 27 July 1972 in Raška. He has been in professional military service since 1995. He graduated from the Military Academy in 1995, completed the Command and Staff Course in 2012 and General Staff Course in 2017. He served as Head of the Operational Affairs Division of the Army Command.
Colonel Siniša Nikolić was born on 08 September 1973 in Pakrac. He has been in professional military service since 1996. He graduated from the Military Academy in 1996, completed the Command and Staff Course in 2009 and General Staff Course in 2016. Until now, he has been Deputy Commander of the 4th Army Brigade.
