Training for deployment in UNIFIL

Training of an Infantry company from the 2nd Army Brigade for deployment in United Nations peacekeeping operation in Lebanon is ongoing at the training ground of "Stefan Nemanja" barracks in Raška.
The program includes content from tactical, fire, physical and medical training, as well as the topics from the international humanitarian law, rules of engagement and codes of conduct in multinational operations.
In the coming period, the infantry company will undergo intensive collective training at the Multinational Operations Training Centre, in order to ensure the full readiness of the unit to perform dedicated tasks in the zone of operations.
Serbian Armed Forces have been deploying the Infantry company in the UNIFIL since 2013, with the unit performing its tasks within Spanish battalion in the multinational brigade in the Sector "East".
