Visit to Applied Mathematics and Electronics Centre

Today, Chief of the Serbian Armed Forces General Staff General Milan Mojsilović has visited the Applied Mathematics and Electronics Centre of the Serbian Armed Forces together with his associates.
During the tour, he saw the execution of intended tasks and facilities of this specialized research and development institution, which plays a crucial part in the cryptographic protection of the telecommunications and information system of the Ministry of Defence and Serbian Armed Forces and other state bodies, and is of huge importance for the overall information security of the Republic of Serbia.
On this occasion, General Mojsilović has expressed his satisfaction with the fact that this institution successfully follows contemporary developments in the world in the field of cryptography and finds the solutions that ensure high-quality and reliable cryptographic protection of information in the conditions of constant expansion of cyber threats, for which highly professional personnel, fulfilling committedly all intended tasks, are responsible.
During today's tour, the Chief of the Serbian Armed Forces General Staff has been accompanied by Brigadier General Mile Vitezović, Head of the Telecommunications and Information Technology Directorate (J-6) of the General Staff, to which the Centre is directly subordinated.
