Flight Training of Cadets in 204th Air Force Brigade

Flight training of the final year cadets of the Military Academy on school fighter planes "Supergaleb" G-4 is in progress at the military airport "Colonel-pilot Milenko Pavlović" in Batajnica.
This training represents the final segment of the training of cadets of the Military Academy of the study program Air Force for the initial officer duties of pilots in the aviation squadrons of the Serbian Armed Forces and is conducted in the 204th Air Force Brigade.
The program covers all sections of flight training, from basic, acrobatic, navigation and group to instrumental flying, so that future pilots would be fully trained to fly independently on this type of aircraft.
Previously, they successfully mastered the theoretical part of the training for the "Supergaleb" G-4 aircraft and flying on the school plane "Lasta", which was conducted during their fourth year of schooling.
Thanks to the fact that the training on the school fighter plane "Supergaleb" G-4 is done during the studies at the Military Academy — which has been made possible by the intensive equipping of the Air Force and Air Defence in recent years — conditions have been created for first lieutenants to focus on advanced forms of training and retraining for more complex types of aircraft after taking up their duties in Serbian Armed Forces squadrons. This improves the ability of pilots of the Serbian Armed Forces to perform flight tasks and the ability of the Air Force and Air Defence to conduct air operations.
