Visit of Allied Joint Force Command Naples Commander

The Chief of the General Staff of the Serbian Armed Forces, General Milan Mojsilović, met today with the Allied Joint Force Command Naples Commander, Admiral Robert Burke, who was visiting the Republic of Serbia.
During the meeting, they talked about the current security situation in the region and the cooperation between the Serbian Armed Forces and the Allied Joint Force Command, with a focus on the implementation of joint activities in the field of training and exercises.
In addition to the assessment that the cooperation between the SAF and the JFC Naples is intensive and meaningful, it is expected that the overall relations will continue to develop within the Partnership for Peace and with the full respect for the military neutrality of the Republic of Serbia.
Since the international forces in Kosovo and Metohija are under the responsibility of the Allied Joint Force Command Naples, General Mojsilović underlined during the talks the importance of KFOR presence for preserving peace and security in our southern province, as well as protecting our national, cultural, historical and religious heritage.
The Allied Joint Force Command Naples Commander was received today by the Supreme Commander of the Serbian Armed Forces and the President of the Republic, Aleksandar Vučić, and the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, Nebojša Stefanović, PhD.
