Training of Signal Brigade Units in Field Conditions

The units of the Signal Brigade are conducting a mobile camp at the locations outside their peacetime dispositions for several days, during which they carry out collective training for performing specific tasks during operations of the Serbian Armed Forces.
The training activity is carried out in order to improve further the competence of the Brigade’s professional staff in planning and providing telecommunication and information security of operations and strategic commands in all conditions.
While in the field for several days, with constant movement, units of the Signal Brigade are practicing procedures for setting up mobile telecommunications stations, as well as establishing and maintaining telecommunication and IT capacities of radio-relay, wire and radio communications. Tactical actions on the move and application of camouflaging measures and combat security of the unit in the area of operation are also being practiced.
As part of the mobile camp, the functioning of the telecommunications and information system is checked in real time and space, which, together with training skills of the staff of the IT and telecommunications services, is extremely important for commanding effectively the Serbian Armed Forces on operation.
