Grand Opening of the International Competition "Guardian of Order"

The opening ceremony of the international competition of military police units "Guardian of Order", which is conducted as one of the disciplines of the International Military Games, was held tonight at the Square of Serbian Warriors in Kraljevo.
The competition was officially opened by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence Nebojša Stefanović, PhD in the presence of the Chief of the General Staff of the Serbian Armed Forces, General Milan Mojsilović, senior Ministry of Interior officials, representatives of the diplomatic corps, local government and public companies, as well as Deputy Defence Minister of the Russian Federation, Tatiana Shevtsova and many guests and citizens of Kraljevo.
As part of the opening ceremony, with a rich cultural and artistic program, guests and the audience in Kraljevo had the opportunity to meet the teams that will compete for the title of the best military police unit.
The international competition of military police units "Guardian of Order" is being organized in the Republic of Serbia for the first time, and in addition to the Serbian Armed Forces team, teams from Kazakhstan, Qatar, Cyprus, Iran and the Russian Federation will compete, while representatives of Belarus, Greece and Egypt, Hungary and Bosnia and Herzegovina participate as observers. This competition will be held, from August 30 to September 3, at the military complexes "Žiča" and "Beranovac" near Kraljevo.
The first two phases of the competition in fire training of members of the military police will be held at the " Žiča" shooting range, while the third and fourth phase, which are the most attractive for observers, will be conducted on September 1 and 3 at the "Beranovac" range, with the presence of audience.
