Evaluation of Individual Soldier Skills

Soldiers performing voluntary military service since September 2023 have had their individual skills evaluated at the Basic Training Centers of the Serbian Armed Forces in Sombor, Valjevo and Leskovac, this week.
This is the first evaluation soldiers on military service go through, after six weeks of training, and its goal is to determine their ability to perform independently tactical actions and procedures on the battlefield, handle weapons and military equipment properly and perform internal and guard duties.
On the first day of the evaluation, the soldiers carried out practically the tasks from their tactical training, while on the second day they demonstrated their knowledge, abilities and skills in the use of military assets and equipment, the level of close-order skills and knowledge of the Rules of Service in the Serbian Armed Forces.
The achieved results show that this class of soldiers is fully prepared for the next training phase, awaiting them after their transfer to specialist training centers. In these centers, they will be trained for the military occupational specialties they were recruited for, after which they will be assigned to SAF units for collective training until the end of their military service.
