Training of Telecommunication Service Soldiers

Individual specialist training for soldiers doing voluntary military service and professional soldiers in operating telecommunication system devices is being conducted in the Signals and IT Training Centre in Gornji Milanovac.
The training, which is attended by soldiers trained for specialities of teleprinters, radio-teleprinters, radio-relay operators and telephone line operators, includes practice in touch-typing aimed at obtaining required speed of sending coded and open texts, familiarization with radio devices in operational use in the Serbian Armed Forces units and practical work on training radio relay system crew in establishing a telecommunication station.
The training is carried out by the devices of the previous generation, and the most modern telecommunication and IT devices that enable timely and high-quality information transfer and forces command, with an appropriate degree of protection of confidential data and minimal risk of enemy counteraction.
Following the completion of individual specialist training in the Signals and IT Training Centre, which is to last until the end of May, the soldiers are going to be posted to the Serbian Armed Forces units, where they will have an opportunity to implement the acquired knowledge.
