President of Republic Issues Decrees on Promotions and Appointments of Officers

Supreme Commander of the Serbian Armed Forces and President of the Republic, Aleksandar Vučić, issued decrees on promotions and appointments of the Serbian Armed Forces’ officers to new roles.

The decrees have been handed over by Defence Minister Bratislav Gašić in the presence of Chief of the Serbian Armed Forces General Staff, General Milan Mojsilović, today. They congratulated the officers on promotion and appointment to new roles and wished them every success in their further professional careers.

By decree of the President of the Republic, Major General Brane Krnjajić was appointed Air Force and Air Defence Commander. Brigadier Generals Slavko Rakić and Milan Lazić were promoted to the rank of Major General, while Colonel Vladimir Planić was promoted to the rank of Brigadier General and appointed as Director of the Military Intelligence Agency.

Brigadier General Novica Gogić was appointed as Deputy Commander of the Air Force and Air Defence, and Colonel Momčilo Milinkov as Commander of the 250th Air Defence Missile Brigade.
