Operators Attending Software Training Course for Simulation Exercises

The JCATS simulation software training course for operators, held at the Simulation Training Center in Belgrade over the last two weeks, has ended today with presentation of certificates to the participants for mastering the program successfully.
Trained for operator roles for two weeks by instructors from this specialized SAF center, participants mastered the basic knowledge for working with software needed to conduct operations in all three missions of the Serbian Armed Forces.
They will have the opportunity to apply the acquired knowledge in the upcoming simulation exercises where the commands of SAF units will be trained in a modern way, with a realistic environment and minimal expenditure of material resources.
The JCATS simulation software is intended for external formal evaluation of commands and units and training of commands of all levels, including joint commands involving the engagement of both land and air forces. The subject software provides staff officers and unit commands with credible training conditions in the implementation of staff procedures for planning and executing a wide range of combat operations.
