Chief of General Staff at EU Military Committee Meeting

Chief of the Serbian Armed Forces General Staff General Milan Mojsilović has participated in a meeting of the EU Military Committee at CHODs level, held in Budapest today.
During the meeting, held at the invitation of Chairman of this highest EU military body General Robert Brieger, who was also the organizer, the discussion covered the contribution of the Western Balkan countries to the EU Common Security and Defense Policy and possibilities of further improvement of cooperation.
In his address, General Mojsilović presented the contribution of the Republic of Serbia through participation of the Serbian Armed Forces’ members in operations and missions under the auspices of the European Union and in EU Battlegroup HELBROC.
The Chief of the General Staff also confirmed the commitment of the Serbian Armed Forces to building and preserving regional peace and security, as well as strengthening further cooperation and confidence with both Western Balkan countries and the EU.
