Greetings on ASW Service and 126th ASEWG Brigade Holidays

The Chief of the Serbian Armed Forces General Staff, General Milan Mojsilović has extended his greetings to members of the ASW service and the 126th ASEWG Brigade, on the occasion of June 18 — the day of the service and the day of the unit.
GREETINGS TO MEMBERS OF THE AIR SURVEILLANCE AND WARNING SERVICE ON THE OCCASION OF JUNE 18 — THE DAY OF THE SERVICE
On behalf of members of the Serbian Armed Forces and myself, I congratulate all members of the Air Surveillance and Warning Service on June 18 — the day of the service.
Members of your service successfully cherish more than a century-long tradition, when on June 18, 1915, Serbian Supreme Command issued an order to establish permanent observation signal stations to indicate the direction of the flight of enemy planes.
With professional and responsible work ethics of your service members, you have contributed to the successful functioning of the air surveillance and early warning system and thus to maintaining of the operational capabilities of the Air Force and Air Defence and the Serbian Armed Forces as a whole.
I congratulate you the holiday convinced that in the future you will successfully accomplish all the tasks and timely and successfully control airspace of the Republic of Serbia.

GREETINGS TO MEMBERS OF 126TH AIR SURVEILLANCE, EARLY WARNING AND GUIDANCE BRIGADE ON THE OCCASION OF JUNE 18 — THE DAY OF THE UNIT
I congratulate all members of the 126th Air Surveillance, Early Warning and Guidance Brigade on the occasion of June 18 — the day of the unit.
You celebrate the holiday to commemorate the date in 1915 when several observation signal stations were formed in the zones of the Drina, Timok and Combined divisions, in the then 3rd Field Army, to monitor the situation in the airspace.
By professionally, competently and responsibly performing the tasks, you have developed a modern unit which continues more than a century-long tradition achieves remarkable results and maintains high morale and operational capabilities of the Serbian Armed Forces.
This year marks 20 years since the 126th ASEWG Brigade was deservedly awarded the Order of the National Hero for the results achieved defending the country during the NATO aggression against FRY, which makes members of the brigade proud.
I congratulate you on the day of the unit, and I wish you much success in your future work.
