Visit to Part of Serbian Armed Forces Units

Today, the Army and the Air Force and Air Defence commanders visited a part of the units that will be carrying out the SAF’s first mission key tasks during the upcoming holidays.
At the Tašlak detached post near Bujanovac, the Army Commander, Lieutenant General Milosav Simović, talked to officers and soldiers who perform their tasks along the administrative boundary with Kosovo and Metohija, and the Air Force and Air Defence Commander, Lieutenant General Duško Žarković, visited part of the airspace control and protection forces at the “Colonel-Pilot Milenko Pavlović“ airport in Batajnica,“Major Dragutin Gavrilović“ barracks in Zuce and the radar site in Stari Banovci.
The two commanders personally made sure that the members of the Serbian Armed Forces were highly motivated and able to perform all the assigned tasks and wished them a happy New Year, good health, happiness and success on both professional and personal levels.
Tomorrow, the Commander of the Training Command, Brigadier General Željko Petrović will visit members of the Third Training Centre in Leskovac and military volunteers who are in basic training at this centre.
