Technical Maintenance Training with SAF Aircraft

The 204th Air Force Brigade technical component is undergoing routine training at the Air Force and Air Defence Training Centre at Military Airfield “Colonel-Pilot Milenko Pavlović” in Batajnica.
The aim of such training, attended by the training squadron's NCOs of the aviation-technical specialty, is to acquire the skills needed for working as crews and maintaining the “Utva 75” training plane safely and properly.
According to the training curriculum, attendees learn how to perform first-level maintenance and check the functioning of the aircraft's engine, electric assemblies, and equipment for communication, navigation, and rescuing pilots.
The advancement at the AF and AD Training Centre, which takes place in cycles throughout the year, is an important training segment for air force brigades’ technical components and is a necessary step on the road to obtaining certificates for maintenance and specialist technical examinations of the aircraft belonging to SAF weaponry.
