Marking the Day of the 2nd Army Brigade

A military ceremony was held today in the barracks "Ribnica" in Kraljevo on the occasion of the Day of the 2nd Army Brigade, which is celebrated on July 12 in memory of the day when in 1805 Serbian insurgents liberated Karanovac, today's Kraljevo.
As part of the celebration of the holiday, the results of the unit in the period behind us were summarized and awards and recognitions were presented to the best individuals.
Reflecting on the achieved results in the previous year, the professionalism and high level of competence of brigade members were emphasized during the implementation of all assigned tasks and joint exercises, and their contribution to strengthening the operational capabilities of the Army service and the safety of the citizens of the Republic of Serbia.
Members of the Second Army Brigade also marked the Patron Saint Day of the unit, St. Peter's Day — a holiday dedicated to the Holy Apostles Peter and Paul.
