Expert talks between the delegations of the Serbian Armed Forces and the Allied Joint Forces Command Naples were held today at the Housesof the Guards in Topčider.
The delegations were headed by Chief of the Operational Affairs Department of the General Staff of the Serbian Armed Forces, Major General Želimir Glišović, and Deputy Chief of Staff Plans, Major General Gary Deakin.
The meeting discussed the possibilities of conducting a joint exercise of the Serbian Armed Forces and NATO on the topic “Preparation and Conduct of Peace Support Operations”during 2021.
The purpose of the planned exercise is to improve interoperability and mutual understanding of the members of the partner countries’ troops in the resolution of tactical and combat tasks during the preparation and execution of the operation.
