Chief of General Staff in Bukovo Monastery on Christmas

Chief of the Serbian Armed Forces General Staff General Milan Mojsilović visited the Bukovo Monastery of the Timok Diocese, near Negotin, on Christmas. Together with his associates, he attended the Christmas morning service and liturgy, and then talked with the Igumen of the Monastery Archimandrite Kozma and the monks.
Expressing his gratitude for the shown hospitality, advice, instructions and messages, General Mojsilović pointed out that it was a great honor and pleasure for him to have the opportunity to visit this sanctuary on the holiday celebrating the birth of our Savior Lord Jesus Christ and acknowledge the brotherhood of the monastery for their selfless love, hard work and self-sacrificing spiritual service.
From Bukovo, the Chief of the General Staff extended sincere and heartfelt greetings to all Orthodox believers for the holiday commemorating the birth of Christ, wishing them good health, happiness and progress in all realms of life.
On his visit to the Bukovo Monastery, the Chief of the Serbian Armed Forces General Staff was accompanied by Head of the Logistics Directorate (J-4) Major General Srđan Petković, Head of the Human Resources Directorate (J-1) Brigadier General Slađan Hristov, PhD, Head of the CHOD’s Office, General Staff, Colonel Boris Stojković and Military Chaplain of the Serbian Armed Forces General Staff Captain Aleksandar Sekulić.
