SAF Operational Bodies Training Course

The Operations Directorate (J-3), Serbian Armed Forces General Staff, organized the Operational Bodies Training Course which has taken place over the last two weeks.
This form of training is conducted annually in order to enhance the SAF personnel’s competence for performing a variety of staff duties as operational bodies in commands, units and establishments.
During theoretical and practical training, the course participants furthered their knowledge of work-planning, taking part in the military decision-making process, organizing stand-by and security measures, planning and executing inspections, as well as analyzing and keeping operational records in the Ministry of Defence and Serbian Armed Forces.
Implementation of such courses aims to improve staff officers’, NCOs’ and civilians’ proficiency in performing efficiently operational duties, which are of vital importance for a successful operation of SAF commands, units and establishments.
